07/07/2003: "DNS Angst"
How do I access my DNS servers? Lijoe doesn't understand the question, Veena tells me I don't need DNS servers, and Susy tells me I don't have any DNS servers, but she will ask sales if they will give them to me. This morning I get the names and IP's of my DNS servers but no further information. I check my Awesome site "control panels" and they have changed, but there is still no reference to my DNS management. And, I have lost Shell Access. Arrggg! Conversation follows:

ns1... [name and IP] ns2... [name and IP]

Thanks for the DNS servers names and IP's however, I still can't access them. My "control panel" has changed but seems to be pretty much the same except that I have lost the Telnet link and apparently shell access altogether.
How do I access the DNS servers for maintenance without a GUI "DNS Manager" or shell access?
I currently believe I can maintain the DNS for all my accounts on these DNS servers. Is this true? If so, how do I access them?
