07/08/2003: "More DNS Angst"
Now I can't manage my zones on their DNS servers but they have re-enabled my shell access. What about MY DNS servers. I need a break, I'm sure I can find something more productive to do than get the run around from these guys.
- - - Tech - - - : Les 2003-07-08 / 07:35:15 Hi Cliff, Telnet is disabled on all our shared and semi-dedicated servers for security reasons. I have re-enabled shell access on your account. Currently clients cannot manage their DNS zones on our DNS servers. If you need records edited, added, or modifed please let us know and the technicians are happy to help.
Regards, Les
