01/07/2004: "The Govinator"

Arnold made his first "state of the state" address yesterday. And, according to the L.A. Times, "Schwarzenegger, unfortunately, has already made two unforgivable mistakes. California, of course, is in the toilet financially, and there are no happy options. Democrats control the Legislature and are lining up to oppose each and every unhappy (read unpopular) option as it is raised. Borrow money? No way! Cut budgets? Not mine! It's going to be big fun.

I have always approved of the Govinator for entertainment value alone; now I firmly believe that he is the best man for the job. If your tax base won't support an increase and you can't pay your bills, then you need someone like Arnold to take the heat for pushing unpopular policies. Nobody likes to borrow money because you have to pay it back someday. Nobody likes budget cuts because that means fewer services for your tax dollar, but you've gotta do what you've gotta do. So, Democrats say nay and keep their jobs while Arnold, who can afford it because everybody loves him, delivers the bad news and takes the heat.
Will it be as much fun as oiling down under the lights? I don't think so. Will it be as much fun as...? Sorry, no.

Cool Man, we all need the things in our lives that are called the right stuff. Doesn't matter which state nor country your from, but it still matters that we can depend on each other to terminate my drunken ongoing blabling about beautifull babes!!!
Go Arnold, and keep it going up....for the babes that is for all of us...duhh. I keep my resumes 1 pg.
So tell Walt to get disney fixed....
